It organizes the meetings and the booking of hotels with special rates. 9.The factory or company must always be ready to participate in the marketing trips managed by the group. It adheres to regarding financial responsibility. 10.in case of signing a contract with the other parties in the target countries, it is required to be signed by our group responsible department or agent; but if it a major or governmental contract, so it must be signed directly by the factory or the company. Our members have a private relation with their customers ,and they are not obliged to give commission to our group.
