Le Premier Salon International de l'Immobilier est une manifestation organisée par le groupe Mondial Business du Sénégal et se tiendra en 2011 dans le hall d’exposition de la place de l’Obélisque sise à Colobane (Dakar). The advantages of the group: The group is an entity that aims to develop an integrated system specialized in developing the cities, parks and roads. It complements each other to fulfill the needs of private and government agencies that wants to achieve more progresses in their cities. The strength of each company or factory depends on its belonging to a strong integrated group. Terms of contract to join the group: 1.The factory or company submits all the documents to prove that it’s a strong entity and has a good reputation in the market. 2.It denies there were any irregularities with the Chinese government. As well as ,it is not mentioned in any blacklist of Arab or African countries. 3.It must hold an international quality certificate. 4.The factory or company must agree to all the terms and conditions of the group, and must be an effective member in it. 5.The factory or company should be able and has a strong desire to work with all the group as a team in order to deal with the Arab or African market identified by the responsible department of the group. 6.The factory or company must submit an official authorization notarized by the Chinese government for one year. This contract can be canceled in case that the factory or company did not get any deal ; or it can continue and renew the contract for another year. It is not entitled to any factory to withdraw as long as it starts business with those countries. 7.Our group is responsible for providing visas in case that the delegates of factories are going to visit our target countries. Visa fees must be paid by the applicant. 8.The responsible department arranges the planning of the visits to the target countries. It organizes the meetings and the booking of hotels with special rates. 9.The factory or company must always be ready to participate in the marketing trips managed by the group. It adheres to regarding financial responsibility. 10.in case of signing a contract with the other parties in the target countries, it is required to be signed by our group responsible department or agent; but if it a major or governmental contract, so it must be signed directly by the factory or the company. While the name of the group had to be mentioned as the third party. 11.The group does the required steps of marketing in the target countries.the successful marketing depends on the nature and needs of those countries; and that help and ensure to acquire more opportunities and private or governmental contracts. 12.The participation in the exhibition suggested by the group is not obligated. While some other exhibitions are limited and offered only to the members of our group with special rates. 13.In case of any dispute between factory, company and customer from the target countries, we will form a committee from our members to discuss the dispute; if it is proven wrong on the factory , it must pay compensation as approved by the committee. If the customer is mistaken,then the committee will raise it to the government to compensate the factory . 14.The responsible department will publish marketing bulletins . The members must submit all the products to our administration; members are not allowed to mention any information about the factory as website, e-mail, phone number or any other data. 15.The group must be informed about any direct contact between the factory and the customer. A copy of any contract should be sent to our group on the same day; otherwise,our group will not be able to help in case of any problems, moreover, the factory will will pay 250,000 RMB, and our contract will be canceled. 16.The factory may have one or more customers in the target countries. Our members have a private relation with their customers ,and they are not obliged to give commission to our group. But, it is strictly demanded to get commissions after dealing with new customers.before signing a contract as member, the factory should provide all the data of the customers that they had business with them. 17.Every factory or company must have member in our group. You must provide a competitive price to beat the target market.the high quality is fully required to honor the Chinese industry and contribute to change the negative perception in the world. So that our slogan is the competitive quality of the Chinese industry. 18.Every company or factory must provide a complete data of its owner , the marketing manager ,and their contact details. 19.The membership fees are 50,000 RMB, the factory or company should pay it once. And 2500 RMB to be paid monthly. The member can refund 50,000 RMB in case he did not do any business in the target countries through the year ;and wants to end his contract with the group. 20.The factory should give the group a commission of 5 percent of any contract signed with a customers or governmental parties . 21.The payment of the commission should be with same terms of payment done by the customer or governmental parties. 22.The factory must respect the specifications of the product wanted by the customer; and take in consideration the delivery schedule. In case of missing the mentioned requirements, the company or factory had to give compensation to the customer and to our group; because this error will touch all the members. Therefore, all members must maintain the reputation of the group. Notes: We represent one factory for each activity and field. So that the membership will be awarded to the factory or company which takes the precedence. Our membership excludes trading companies. Our goal is to integrate each other ,in order to invade Arab and African markets.
