PERFORMANCE BOND: The Seller will Post 2% Performance Bond after Receipt of Payment Instrument, within then days INSPECTION: S.G.S Inspection for Quality and Quantity Service at Seller’s Cost shall inspect the Commodity at Place of Loading.
PAYMENT CONTRACT :
Option n.1 – within five (5) banking days, Buyer’s Bank send a:
Irrevocable, Transferable or Non-Transferable, DIVISIBLE, Confirmed SBLC/BG (1 (ONE) month value
delivery and covering last month delivery) an DLC 100% or SBLC.
Option n.2 – If the payment had to be with 1(one) BG (for 2/two months value deliveries,
to guarantee of the contract and covering the last two months of deliveries) and DLC 100% or SBLC, monthlies value delivery for remaining quantity, the PRICE will have a DISCOUNT of 5(Five)$/MT.
Option n.3 – If the payment had to be with 1(one) BG (for 3 (three months value deliveries, to guarantee of the contract and covering the last two months of deliveries) and DLC 100% or SBLC, monthlies value delivery for remaining quantity, the PRICE will have a DISCOUNT of 10(Ten)$/MT
