PAYMENT
Payment Terms: ARDLC transferable, irrevocable, negotiable, issued in the name of the Seller, confirmed by
Prime Bank – TOP 25. Payable at sight upon presentation of shipping documents sent bank to bank, every shipment by shipment
For ARDLC NonTransferable USD 10 per ton
PERFORMANCE BOND
The Seller will Post 2%Performance Bond after Receipt of Payment Instrument to the Seller.
Inspection: SGS for quality and quantity service at Seller´s Cost shall inspect the commodity at place of loading
PROCEDURES
Buyer submits LOI full not older than 5 banking days
Seller or Seller Mandate Issues FCO.
Buyer sends signs FCO with all information completed.
Seller issues Contract for Buyer's signature and Buyer returns signed Contract to Seller by Facsimile.
Buyer Bank Issues Non-Operative Letter of Credit to the Seller in 5 working Days after Signing the Contract.
Sellers Bank confirms 2% PB and Activate the Letter of Credit. POP is sent in this moment
Shipment commences as per contract
